The Syrian Electronic Army (SEA) has hacked into the control systems of world biggest five web hosting companies, claiming they are supporting terrorist websites.
SEA is well known a pro-hacker group supposed to be aligned with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, is famous for hacking high-profile websites and targeting leading organisation with its advanced phishing attacks.

The Group announced its attacks on their Twitter account by posting the screenshots of the administration panels of the hacked web hosting companies.
The screenshots show that SEA had complete access to the control panel of these HostMonstor and BlueHost hosting companies. The hackers of the Syrian Electronic Army panel access which indicates that the group had complete access to the control panel of these hosting companies.
SEA also sent a Tweet to warn the web hosting companies that next time it will change the DNS settings with serious repercussion for their clients and their visitors.
This group was involved in many popular hacking incidents in last year. They are well known for hacking into Official Twitter account of Xbox Support, Skype,Microsoft News and also defaced the Skype and Microsoft Official Blog pages.
The SEA was also able to hack the Twitter account of Bluehost but the account appears to be back under the control of the company who has removed the offending tweets.
The SEA, which has just recently launched a new website, claims no financial links with the regime of Bashar Al-Assad, despite continuing reports to the contrary.
