38,000 User Credentials Leaked from Pixel Federation

PIXEL FEDERATION is a game development company that creates free-to-play games like Trainstation, Emporea and Diggy's Adventure. The community and website is Pixel Federation (http://www.pixelfederation.com/) which was founded in 2007 and is based in Slovakia.


This game community has become the target of hackers who’ve hacked its system and published 38,000 login credentials.The hacker who breached the systems of the UK Council for Graduate Education has also penetrated Pixel Federation, a game development company.

According to Cyber War News, Pixel Federation confirmed the breach in a notice posted on the Portal section of its website. Users are warned that their login data was compromised, and they're advised to change their passwords. 

The leaked data was posted to pastebin with a link to another site where the actual dump is by a hacker who’s twitter account is now suspended (@smitt3nz).



The credentials leaked contain user email addresses, site id and MD5 encrypted passwords totally 38,036 all together. 

If you have account in Pixel immediately change your password. if you are using same password other logins you may change it those.
